Kristi McKenna
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. McKenna is our Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all of our training and operations. Kristi's responsibilities have included Vice President of Franchise and Vice President of Training and Development. She has held various positions with predecessors, including Center Manager and Area Trainer, and was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training all personnel in Northeast Region for LA Weight Loss Franchise Company. She has been in the weight loss industry since 1990.
Timothy Britt
Senior Vice President of Franchise Development
Mr. Britt joined LA Weight Loss Franchise Company as Director of Franchise Development in 2001. He is responsible for all aspects of franchising domestic and international markets, including in-depth analysis of strategic growth, area and site analysis and the evaluation of market penetration. Prior to joining in 2001, Tim worked in Operations and Development for Franchise companies including Burger King Corporations, Carvel Corporation (now FOCUS Brands) and Arby's. With such expertise in the field he is frequently in demand as a speaker and seminar panelist. Recent presentations include the International Franchise Association’s Franchise Development Seminar Series and the International Convention of Franchising. As a writer on the subject of Franchising, Mr. Britt has also been published in
Franchising World Magazine.
William E. Warrin
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Warrin has been our Chief Financial Officer since August 2002. With over 25 years of financial management expertise, Bill unites the disciplines of strategic planning and business expansion. His innovative approach to strengthening company infrastructure in IT and other areas provide additional avenues for LA Weight Loss Franchise Company business growth. Prior to joining, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Blair Corporation in Warren, PA, and served as Chief Financial Officer for the Business Services Division of ARAMARK in Philadelphia PA. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer with WearGuard Corporation in Norwell, MA.
Marie Palumbo
Vice President of Local Marketing
Marie has a consistent record of accomplishment with over 20 years of experience in the personal/care service-driven industries of fitness, spas and weight loss. In charge of all our neighborhood and local marketing efforts, she works closely with the Franchise Owners, Supervisors and Marketing Activity Coordinators, creating traffic-building promotions, developing strategic business opportunities, driving revenue growth and improving competitive market positioning. Formerly the Director of Program Development for NutriSystem, she has also worked for companies such as Discovery Zone, Vow Bridal and TSK Franchise System.
